Homemade Whipped Cream
In just a few minutes, you can make homemade whipped cream. Pure and delicious!
- 2 cups of DairyPure Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated or confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or liqueur
In a chilled glass bowl, add sugar to 2 cups DairyPure Heavy Whipping cream. With a whisk or hand mixer, incorporate sugar into heavy whipping cream until it begins to thicken, leaving visible trails. Continue to whip it until soft peaks start to form. At this point you can fold in liquid flavorings such as a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or liqueur per cup of cream. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated and remix for a minute or two when ready to serve.
