Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Make your smoothie a complete meal, I always make sure there is enough protein in all my smoothies. For my protein source I used one cup of Dairy Pure 2 percent reduced fat milk. It has 10 grams of protein in each cup and the bonus is you don't have to worry about artificial growth hormones.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% Dairy Pure Milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

You just toss all the ingredients into the blender, and pulse until well-blended.
